The company’s commercial activities are subject to the applicable provisions of Austrian trade law, including the Trade Regulation Act (GewO). 09Consumer dispute resolution and EU ODR

The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) has been discontinued under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, and the underlying Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed with effect from 20 July 2025. Accordingly, no obsolete link to the former ODR platform is provided.

Where a particular B2C relationship is subject to a legal obligation to identify a competent alternative dispute-resolution body, or participation has been contractually agreed, the required information will be provided in the relevant contract/order context. MBB Websolutions e.U.’s services are primarily directed at businesses and organisations.

10Applicable law

Austrian law applies to legal relationships with MBB Websolutions e.U. to the extent that mandatory statutory provisions – in particular mandatory consumer-protection rules in the applicable jurisdiction – do not take precedence. Jurisdiction clauses apply only to the extent permitted by law.
